Maria Stella Lo Scerbo was born in Catanzaro and since early childhood, has lived in Rome, keeping a close bond with her native land.
She started painting on porcelain as a hobby in her teens in the early 80s, with great passion and enthusiasm. She received her Degree in Statistical Sciences with honours from the University of Rome. The studies did not divert her from this form of art. She has been able to reconcile successfully scientific studies with love for painting and her privileged disposition to creativity.
After graduation she decided to pursue her talents as an artist, which led her to improve the various painting techniques with ability. In each painting appears precision, delicacy and elegance.
